Inauguration of the Specialized Center of Genetic (CEGEN)

Centro Gendiagnostik, collaborated with the inauguration of the Specialized Center of Genetics (CEGEN) located in the Autonomous University of Chiriqui (UNACHI) in May 2014. This extension represents the second stage of CEGEN, after the first held in 2006. This new working area allows the consolidation of the structure for more research activities implementation in the CEGEN, since the most of the research works conducted to date had to be made in Centro Gendiagnostik in order to promote the development of projects and the progress of genetics.
